We take authenticity extremely seriously. Every designer item undergoes a rigorous physical inspection of material quality, stitching, hardware engravings, stamps, and date codes. For select designer handbags (such as Chanel and Louis Vuitton), we back our findings with advanced AI-driven microscopic scanning technology, issuing a certificate of authenticity for your peace of mind.

Our consignment splits range from 50% up to 65% paid directly to you, depending on the brand and value of the item. Ultra-luxury items like Hermès Birkin or Kelly bags and Chanel Classic Flaps qualify for our highest tier. Please refer to our Payout Estimator above or contact Natasha for a custom valuation.

Our standard consignment contract runs for 60 to 90 days. If an item does not sell within that period, you may choose to retrieve it at no cost, or we can discuss a collaborative price adjustment to help it find the right buyer.

Once your item is sold, payouts are processed quickly. We issue payments via bank check, direct transfer, or boutique store credit (which includes a special consignor bonus if you choose to trade in for another piece in our lounge).
